Domestic Australia Postage

Orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days and are sent via Australia Post in 500g satchels at a flat rate of $5.95 AUD.

Every order comes with a tracking number which will be issued to you once the order has been shipped.

Upgrades to Express Post & Signature on Delivery are available in checkout. 

 

International Postage

Orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days and are sent via DHL ecommerce at a flat rate of $13.00 AUD.

Every order comes with a tracking number which will be issued to you once the order has been shipped. Postage time is normally around 6-20 working days. Please allow up to 28 working days during peak periods like November & December.

 

Customs Taxes & Lost Parcels

Customs taxes depend on your Countries laws & regulations. We are not responsible for any additional customs taxes or handling fees that may incur. Please check with your local customs office for more information. 

Lost or Missing Parcels

If by some rare chance your parcel does not get delivered we will do our best to track it down, hence why we always send out your order with a tracking number. If it is sent back to us we will issue you a refund minus the shipping costs or if you wish us to resend it an additional shipping fee will incur. We are not responsible for orders lost in transit. Please make sure you give us the correct shipping address.
