Returns & Exchanges

Returns & Exchanges are accepted if item is unworn and in original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Please note due to hygiene reasons earrings cannot be returned.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs, please make sure you send it with tracking as we are not responsible for items lost in the mail.

Once the item has been received by us and deemed to be in original/unworn condition a refund or exchange will be made. We reserve the right to refuse the refund/exchange if the item is not in its original/unworn condition.

Refunds will be given if item is defected or damaged but we hold no responsibility if item is not cared for properly. Please read & follow care instructions provided. Kindly contact us within 30 days of delivery. Repairs will be made if possible. If a customer chooses to not accept a repair only a refund then the customer is responsible for return postage.

If the item is being exchanged customers will be charged an extra cost for fees & to re ship out new item. (Australia wide $8.00 - International $15). 

We take no responsibility if item is damaged due to postal shipping process. You can always contact the postal service for reimbursement if your package was handled poorly. Please note we take great care in wrapping all our pieces to protect them the best we can for postage.
